1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GoExch9, India's most trusted peer-to-peer sports exchange platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use our Services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We strictly prohibit underage gambling.
• Legal Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting and gambling is legal and permitted. We comply with all applicable laws.
• Mental Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and understand the risks associated with gambling on our platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement not older than 3 months)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

When making deposits to your account, the following rules apply:

• Processing Time: Deposits are processed instantly through approved payment methods
• Payment Source: All funds must originate from accounts in your own name

• Deposit Fees: No fees are charged on deposits (your payment provider may charge fees)
• Supported Methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and approved cryptocurrencies

4.2 Withdrawals

The following rules apply to withdrawals from your account:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ₹500 per transaction
• Maximum Withdrawal: ₹5,00,000 per day (can be increased for VIP accounts)
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes
• First Withdrawal: First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are made to the same method used for deposits when possible
• Large Withdrawals: We reserve the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding ₹1,00,000
• Withdrawal Fees: No fees charged for standard withdrawals
• Anti-Money Laundering: Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). Any currency conversion fees from international transactions are your responsibility and not controlled by us.

5 Betting Rules & Exchange Model

5.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on our platform, the following general rules apply:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified
• Maximum bet limits apply and may vary by market and sport
• We reserve the right to void bets placed in error, due to technical issues, or after events have concluded
• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided unless live betting is explicitly offered
• All results are determined by official governing bodies and sports federations
• Abandoned or postponed events follow specific sport-specific settlement rules
• Bets stand regardless of venue changes unless specifically stated otherwise

5.2 Exchange Betting Model

We operate as a peer-to-peer betting exchange, which differs from traditional bookmakers:

• Back Bets: You are betting FOR an outcome to occur (traditional betting)
• Lay Bets: You are betting AGAINST an outcome to occur (acting as the bookmaker)
• Bets are matched with other users, not against the house
• A small commission (2-5%) is charged on net winnings only
• Better odds are available due to the peer-to-peer model (3-5% better than traditional bookmakers)
• Unmatched bets remain in the order book until matched or cancelled

5.3 Bet Settlement

Bet settlement is based on the following principles:

• Bets are settled based on official results from recognized governing bodies
• In case of disputes, our decision is final and binding
• Settlement times vary by sport but are typically within 15 minutes of event conclusion
• Any obvious errors in odds or results will be corrected and bets may be voided

5.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting follows these additional rules:

• Odds change in real-time based on match events and user activity
• Bet acceptance may be delayed due to technical checks
• Any bets placed after the outcome is already known will be voided
• Live betting markets may be suspended during critical match moments

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users creating their first account are eligible for a 5% welcome bonus on their first deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Bonus is credited automatically upon first deposit of ₹1,000 or more
• Maximum welcome bonus: ₹5,000
• Wagering requirement: Bonus amount must be wagered 5x before withdrawal
• Only bets with odds of 1.5 or higher contribute to wagering requirements
• Welcome bonus is valid for 30 days from credit date
• Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture and potential account suspension

• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors or delays
• VPN/Proxy Use: Circumventing geographic restrictions to access from prohibited jurisdictions
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors to access your account or gamble on the platform
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Hacking/Exploits: Attempting to hack, exploit bugs, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Insider Trading: Betting with non-public information that affects event outcomes

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, reporting to authorities, and legal action where applicable.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as follows:

• We provide Services on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of our Services or gambling activities
• We are not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, server downtime, or software errors
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited in your account in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for third-party payment processor failures or delays
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service availability

10 Account Suspension & Termination

• You must withdraw any remaining balance from your account
• All pending bets must be settled
• Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure
• Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failed identity verification or KYC requirements
• Regulatory requirements or legal orders
• Extended inactivity (12+ months) on your account
• Insolvency, bankruptcy, or death of account holder

10.3 Post-Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• You will forfeit any unredeemed bonuses or promotional funds
